Chapter one – Client meeting
We start by getting to know the client, their purpose for creating the corporate event and understanding their needs. In this first moment, we set the goals and calendar for the event production.
Chapter two – Research
We dig deep, aiming to find insights that will lead us to solutions for an impactful corporate event. First, we internally select potential vendors that would excellently match our client requirements and business’s purpose.
After narrowing down the best proposals, we present them to the client and guide them toward deciding what vendors will be the perfect choice for the event.
Chapter three – Design
The creative brainstorming process leads to the ideation of the final event design. We refine the best concepts and ensure their feasibility, harmonizing creativity and practicality in our approach. Variations of each concept are then adapted to various event elements (such as venue, decor, furniture, lighting, entertainment).
Chapter four – Design validation
All ideas presented to the client are infused with their company values and transformed into a corporate event. We will explain and emphasize their uniqueness that shows why they will be successful and beneficial for their business. After evaluation, the client will provide us feedback about the ones that resonate best with their needs and sense of style, as well as regarding any revisions that might be necessary.
Chapter five – Grand culmination
Once the client gives their approval, we refine and apply the chosen concept to all corporate event-related materials and production. We act as managing directors, leading our chosen team to deliver their best performance. This coordination transforms your corporate event idea into a unique and memorable experience perfectly aligned with your company values that hits the core of your event purpose.
